What You Can Expect in the Role(s):
- Using power tools to manipulate wood products.
- Operating saws, routers, multi rips and other woodworking machinery
- Reviewing work to ensure an accurate and precise work.
- Maintaining schedule to ensure production stays on time.
- Complete basic maintenance on machinery.
- Reading measuring tapes (inches and millimetres)
- Cutting and assembling wooden components for windows and doors
- Patching and sanding wooden components
- Applying hardware and fasteners to wooden components
- Packaging and crating units for shipping
- Working alone or as a team
What You Bring:

- Experience using power tools (drills, saws, sanders, nail guns)
- Woodworking experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Qualifications
- Proficient in woodworking techniques and practices
- Experience operating various power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Understanding of Tag & Lock Out protocol
- Physical stamina and capability to perform manual labour tasks
- Willing to learn and work as a team to meet production goals
