Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team for the afternoon shift.
This shift runs: 2:30 p.m - 11:30 p.m. (-/+)
Operators required for the following machines:
- Press Brake
- Band Saw
- Laser Operator
- Router Table Operator
- Machine Operator Floater
Duties
- Operate metal cutting machines with precision.
- Set up and program machines, including programming and calibration.
- Use hand tools, calipers, and blueprint reading skills to ensure accurate machining and assembly.
- Operate heavy machinery such as cranes and forklifts safely when required.
- Perform quality inspections to verify parts meet specifications and standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Follow safety protocols related to welding, machining, and manufacturing processes.
- Assist in assembly tasks as needed, ensuring efficient workflow across production lines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety regulations.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating machines and welding equipment.
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in machining, blueprint reading, and using hand tools.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform quality inspections accurately.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
- Experience with forklift operation and crane handling is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques to ensure product excellence.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during the afternoon shift with minimal supervision.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
