We’re looking for a Junior Technician / PDI Tech who’s eager to learn, grow, and get hands-on with a wide range of machines—including ATVs, Side-by-Sides, Motorcycles, Watercrafts Golf Carts and Toro Lawn Equipment.

What you’ll do:
ü Perform PDI (pre-delivery inspections) and basic setup on new units
ü Assist with maintenance and repairs on powersports units and small engines
ü Support senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs as needed
ü Complete basic inspections and identify service needs as required
ü Maintain a clean, organized workspace
ü Accurately complete service records and paperwork
Qualifications:
- Entry-level to 2+ years motorsports mechanic experience (motorsports & small engines)
- Journeyperson Certificate for a motorcycle mechanic and/or OPE (Outdoor Power Equipment) or small engine certification is preferred, but not required.
- Class 5 License
- Familiarity with software, technology, tools and computers is an asset.
- Time management, accountability and organizational skills are a must.
- This position requires some physically demanding aspects, like frequent standing, walking, lifting heavy equipment, and requires good Vision, including close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
- Ability to work around moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels in a workshop setting.
