Our technology operates in real industrial environments; Active logistics yards, commercial fleets, and autonomous operations where reliability matters. We are looking for a Robotics Technician to help bridge engineering and field operations by deploying, supporting, troubleshooting, and improving robotic systems directly at customer sites across North America
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who is technically capable, calm under pressure, and excited to work at the intersection of robotics, vehicles, hardware, and real-world operations.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer and pilot sites across the United States, and Canada to support robotic system deployments and operations
- Support on-site testing at our Oakville location in the GTA
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic and electromechanical systems
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, networking, and system-level issues in the field
- Work directly with engineering teams to identify failures and improve product reliability
- Support commissioning, validation, and operational testing activities
- Train operators and customer personnel on system usage and best practices
- Document field observations, service events, and technical findings
- Help ensure systems operate safely and reliably in demanding industrial environments
Basic Qualifications
- Strong hands-on technical ability
- Experience working with mechanical, electrical, or robotic systems
- Comfortable using tools, diagnostic equipment, and technical software
- Ability to troubleshoot independently under time pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid passport and ability to travel frequently throughout the United States
- Ability to work flexible hours when deployments require it
Preferred Qualifications
- Robotics, automotive, industrial automation, or heavy equipment experience
- Familiarity with CAN systems, sensors and embedded systems
- Experience reading schematics, mechanical drawings, and wiring diagrams
- Field service or deployment experience
- Startup or fast-paced operations experience

Pay: $60,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
