Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations.
- Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality presentation.
- Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Process guest payments accurately and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Assist with the preparation of dining areas for service (e.g., refilling condiments, setting tables).
- Wash necessary utensils for front use.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure efficient service.
- Perform other tasks as required to support team member.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in the restaurant as server.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Schedule:
- Weekend (required)
- Monday to Sunday
- Morning shift
