Blissy Clean is looking for reliable, experienced Independent Contractor House Cleaners to join our growing residential cleaning team. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, and consistently deliver high-quality cleaning services to our clients.
About the Role
As an Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for providing residential cleaning services on a flexible schedule. This role is ideal for cleaners who are experienced, self-motivated, and able to manage their own equipment and transportation.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings in residential homes
- Follow cleaning checklists and client preferences to ensure excellent service
- Maintain communication regarding arrival times, job progress, and any issues
- Ensure all cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment are in good working order
- Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of residential cleaning experience (required)
- Must work as an independent contractor (self-employed)
- Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Must have own General Liability Insurance
- Mush have pass Background check
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel across:
- Durham Region
- Peterborough, Ontario
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
