Duties
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Introduce customers to our brand and explain product features and benefits.
- Offer product samples and encourage customer interaction.
- Answer customer questions accurately and confidently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive kiosk/display area.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Record customer feedback when required.
- Follow all company policies and health & safety guidelines.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, promotions, sales, or brand ambassador roles is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
- Well-groomed, professional, and presentable appearance.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Reliable personal transportation is required. Candidates must have their own vehicle or a dependable means of commuting to assigned retail locations.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
