Kepler is seeking a full-time Marketing Intern to join our fast-paced Marketing & Communications team for an 8-month internship. This role offers hands-on experience supporting a global space technology company while gaining exposure to corporate marketing and communications, event planning, content development, budgeting, and day-to-day marketing operations.
Working closely with team members across the organization, you'll help execute marketing campaigns, support major industry event preparations, coordinate internal communications, maintain marketing systems and reporting, and contribute to initiatives that increase brand awareness and customer engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, proactive individual looking to build practical experience in B2B and government-focused marketing, communications, and event management while gaining exposure to the rapidly growing space industry.
- Support marketing campaigns and day-to-day marketing activities across the team
- Assist with planning and preparing for tradeshows, conferences, and internal events
- Assist with keeping Kepler's office spaces and marketing displays up to date
- Help track invoices, quotes, expenses, and other marketing budget items
- Support campaign tracking through link management and marketing reporting tools
- Assist with swag ordering, inventory management, and event fulfillment
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to support marketing initiatives
- Support coordinated printing and distribution of brochures, business cards, and other marketing materials
- Capture photos and short-form video content at company events and activities
- Support the creation and organization of product marketing and sales enablement materials
- Help manage incoming marketing requests and maintain project documentation
- Help organize and maintain brand assets, templates, shared marketing resources, and marketing libraries
- Help create and update marketing materials such as social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, and datasheets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working in a corporate marketing or communications environment, with exposure to activities such as event coordination, content creation, campaign execution, marketing operations, or related functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program and returning to studies after the internship
- Available for a full-time internship beginning September 2026 for 8 months
- Work out of our Toronto office (24 Ward Street)! This position requires you to be onsite 3 days per week
- Photography, videography, or video editing experience
- Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, or similar tools
- Familiarity with NetSuite or other business management software
- Interest in technology, aerospace, telecommunications, or the space industry
Hourly Rate Range: $21.00-26.00 CAD
Actual total compensation will be determined at the Company’s discretion and is based on a variety of job-related factors, which may include, but are not limited to, relevant knowledge, skills, experience, performance, and education and/or training.
