Position Overview
As a Supervisor, you will manage the team of Home Service Associates, but also provide in-home support focused on:
- cleaning and home upkeep
- meal prep, cooking or baking
- household organization
You'll mostly work independently with flexible scheduling options.
Responsibilities
- perform routine and deep cleaning (floors, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.)
- meal prep (cutting, portioning, meal assembly, cooking, baking)
- organize pantries, closets and general spaces
- maintain supplies and follow checklists
- provide friendly and professional customer service
- follow safety and hygiene procedures
- respect client privacy and confidentiality
- ensure each client in the system has a complete file and each service is set up for success
- manage the team of Home Service Associates
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to client homes
- Must have open flexibility to work Monday to Friday
- Must have a cell phone
- Must have a laptop
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Criminal record check valid within the past 3 months
- Must have Food Safe
- Experience in cleaning and cooking would be an asset
