Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using our software and estimating programs
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy; capable of data entry and proofreading documents efficiently
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
