Duties
- Perform skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, and nail care services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and routines.
- Provide hair styling services as needed, ensuring clients leave feeling rejuvenated.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet their beauty needs.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality by creating a warm atmosphere for guests.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products that align with client skincare goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
Skills
- Proficient in various esthetician techniques, including body waxing and nail care.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that educate clients on benefits and usage.
- Experience in hair styling is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong upselling skills to promote additional services and products effectively.
- Front desk experience is beneficial for managing appointments and client interactions.
- Excellent hospitality skills to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting products in the salon environment.
