Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with experience in office management, data entry, and using various software tools. This role involves managing front desk duties, handling phone calls, and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Greet visitors and manage front desk activities efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person
- Manage correspondence, including emails and mail
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and order replacements as needed
Experience
- Prior office experience preferred, especially in administrative or clerical roles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace is highly desirable
- Experience with data entry and filing systems is essential
- Customer service experience is a plus, particularly in a garage office settings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and proofreading skills are required
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or administrative support roles will be beneficial
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
