We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
The Role
As our 3PL Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of our operations for our clients. You will be managing the full lifecycle of inventory, from the moment a purchase order is created to the final monthly invoice, while actively helping us grow our footprint in Western Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Accurately enter and process all inbound purchase orders (receiving) and outbound sales orders in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Logistics Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with our logistics and transportation departments to schedule, coordinate, and dispatch shipments efficiently.
- Inventory Control: Ensure 100% inventory accuracy by supervising stock levels, investigating discrepancies, and participating in physical inventory stock counts within the cold storage environment.
- Financial Tracking & Billing: Meticulously record and track all billable accessorial actions (e.g., wrapping, picking, extra handling) and take ownership of the end-of-month invoicing process for each customer.
- Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, engaging with potential customers to showcase our cold storage and 3PL capabilities.
- Operational Flexibility: Handle other assigned duties as required to support the smooth operation of the facility.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics and customer service role (3PL experience is a massive asset).
- Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency with ERPs, and Microsoft Excel.
- An Eye for Detail: High accuracy in data entry and a skill set for spotting inventory discrepancies.
- Time Management: Ability to manage priorities with emails and phone calls.
- Resilience: Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced warehouse office environment and occasionally step into cold storage areas for stock counts.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
