Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioural Interventionist to support children with developmental and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized intervention plans. Job responitbilities
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions tailored to each child's needs
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency in intervention approaches
- Maintain detailed documentation of interventions, progress notes, and other relevant records
- Adhere to safety protocols and confidentiality standards at all times
Experience
- Diploma or higher in related field
- Prior experience working with children, especially in educational or clinical settings, is preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention techniques is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and patience are essential for success in this position
