Northline Motors Inc. is currently hiring a positive and high energy experienced Retail Automotive Sales Consultant who aspire to grow beyond this position within our dealer group.
Job Type: Full-time
Duties:
- Car sales, automotive finance, auto warranty sales, sales of insurance products, other aftermarket products, and customer interaction.
- Effective customer communication - ensuring every customer touch point is professional and informative, yet fun.
- Ability to adhere to good quality sales leads quickly and professionally via text, phone or email and following up accordingly
- Respectfully complete the required tasks that Management request to be done.
- Follow up on all leads, from first inquiry to test drive to delivery and beyond, to ensure your client is happy and satisfied.
- Willing and ready to learn new techniques and products.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proven Auto Sales experience.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to be creative and persuasive in negotiating.
- Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure.
- Well-spoken, friendly and articulate.
- Must be willing to be flexible with work schedule.

Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

- Automotive sales: 2 years (required)
- Auto Financing: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Ontario G Class Driving Licence (required)
- OMVIC certificate (required)
