Working with the Estimating team, you will be responsible for job-specific budgeting, as well as model and option database maintenance and development.
The Responsibilities
- Prepare material take-offs and assist in creating model budgets.
- Prepare job release files and issue purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Review trade quotes for accuracy.
- Review purchase order variance against budget and provide explanation and review with Management for corrective action.
- Process variance purchase orders as required.
- Ensure all job file documentation is distributed to the trade partners in a timely manner.
- Assist in the maintenance of the database by updating costs and identifying areas of improvement.

- Completion of post-secondary education with a degree or diploma related to Estimating
