Purpose of the Role
The incumbent will support the Visual Presentation Manager by providing day-to-day assistance to the department. They will work closely with the entire team to ensure the effective communication of information between the department and retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage departmental communications, including memos and visual documentation.
- Assist in preparing visual merchandising plans and organizing product samples.
- Maintain the organization of the mock store to support planograms and visual presentations.
- Participate in visual merchandising planning.
- Manage the department's shared inbox and communications with stores.
- Create and distribute signage lists.
- Process store requests and maintain the signage inventory.
- Coordinate signage orders for new store openings.
- Prepare folding, hanging, and window display installation guidelines, including photos and written instructions.
- Conduct testing and validations required during project development.
- Occasionally participate in new store openings and store visits.
- Visit stores on an occasional basis.

Requirements
- Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Presentation, or a related field (an asset).
- 1–3 years of retail experience, ideally in visual merchandising or visual presentation.
- Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken. (The individual will need to communicate with external suppliers, and stores outside of Quebec)
- Proficiency with the Windows environment and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to travel occasionally for store visits and new store openings.
