Physiosense is an established physiotherapy clinic in Fonthill, Ontario that is expanding into a multidisciplinary health centre. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Osteopathic Manual Practitioner to join our growing team of health care professionals.
This is an exciting opportunity to establish or expand your practice within a collaborative, patient-centered clinic that values integrated care and professional excellence. With an established patient base, administrative support, and opportunities for cross-referrals, you'll be well positioned to build a thriving practice.
Position Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: Split-fee arrangement (to be discussed during the interview process)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive osteopathic assessments and manual therapy treatments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Educate patients on treatment recommendations, self-management strategies, and preventative care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients and collaborate with other clinic practitioners when appropriate
- Practice in accordance with the standards and ethics of your professional association
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative clinic environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized Osteopathic Manual Practice program
- Membership in good standing with a recognized Canadian osteopathic professional association
- Professional liability insurance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-informed care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
- New graduates and experienced practitioners are encouraged to apply
