We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Google Suite, and a commitment to providing excellent customer support.
Duties
- Manage and organize office tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and booking appointments.
- Handling incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate appointments and manage schedules for out technicians.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role; experience in a office is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and correspondence.
- Comfortable using various office equipment and computer systems.
