Job Summary
We are seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as Subway Sandwich Artists. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service while preparing fresh and delicious sandwiches. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their sandwich selections
- Prepare sandwiches according to Subway standards, ensuring quality and freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food prep stations and dining space
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks comfortably
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic
- Must be at least 16 years old or older
