HOURS: Monday–Friday 8am-5pm.
WAGES: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour + benefits - Negotiable based on experience.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Greeting everyone warmly and professionally, fostering a positive environment.
Handling incoming calls efficiently, directing them as needed.
Keeping customers updated on repair progress and providing accurate estimates for completion times, notifying them of any changes.
Coordinating with the parts department for necessary components.
Receive and bill parts inventory.
Assist in maintaining appropriate parts inventory levels.
Maintain a clean, organized parts area to support efficient operations.
Collaborate with other departments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Organization: Ability to maintain accurate records and organize inventory efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Ensure precision when entering data
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with the Parts Supervisor and Service Advisor and other team members.
Communication: Provide clear updates to the General Manager and assist with inquiries when required.
Motivation: Pride in delivering high-quality work consistently.
Customer Service Excellence: Experience in a service-oriented role dealing with customer inquiries and updates.
Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computer systems for data entry and billing.
