About the Role
In this role, you will report to the Director of Logistics and be responsible for leading all warehousing, logistics and facilities operations for Love Ur Curls | LUS Brands. This role plays a critical part in ensuring there is a smooth flow of materials across our supply chain, accurate inventory management at our warehouse and efficient management of production workers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Lead the company’s health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with all regulations
● Accountable for all inbound receiving and outbound shipping warehouse functions; including coordinating and optimizing shipments
● Plan warehouse layout and spacing requirements to maximize utilization
● Own inventory control by leading cycle counts and improving inventory control systems
● Manage warehouse production staff in the modification of goods prior to shipping to specific sales channels. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce labour costs associated with pack off work
● Directly manage facilities issues with the landlord and external vendors
Qualifications:
● Minimum 3 years of Warehouse experience.
● Minimum 3 years of forklift experience and a valid forklift license.
● Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mobilize team members; Experience managing hourly staff and managing through labor efficiency requirements
● Proficient in Excel. G-Suite experience an asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
