Location: Various sites across the Lower Mainland
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage + benefits after 3-month probation
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, occasional overtime)

We are a busy, well-established Property Management Company seeking experienced, reliable, and hardworking painters to join our dynamic team. If you're someone who thrives working independently and collaboratively, and can meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Interior painting of vacant units to prep for new move-ins
· Surfaces include ceilings, walls, kitchen cabinets, baseboards, doors, and casings
· Occasional seasonal exterior painting
· Working across multiple properties throughout the Lower Mainland
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven painting experience with a focus on quality and efficiency
· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
· Reliable transportation – travel between sites is required
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
