We are looking to hire a Painting Estimator to join our growing team!

The successful Applicant will be trained to estimate painting, caulking, washing and repair projects.
What we are looking for:
- Experience estimating in the construction industry.
- Is a hard worker and can meet deadlines.
- Has good communication and social skills.
- Has good math skills.
- Is very organized.
- Is competent using Microsoft Office programs.
- Is capable of putting together clearly laid out and detailed proposals.
Key Responsibilities
While you will receive comprehensive training specific to our services, your day-to-day role will involve:
- Reviewing site plans, specifications, and project documents to accurately assess project scope.
- Conducting site visits to evaluate surface conditions, take measurements, and identify potential challenges.
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and our internal team to ensure project expectations are met.
- Drafting, reviewing, and presenting professional proposals to clients.
