Experienced Dog Groomer
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dog Groomer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional grooming services to a variety of dog breeds, ensuring each pet looks and feels their best. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks with care and professionalism.
At least 3 years of professional dog grooming experience is required.
Duties
- Bathe, dry, and brush dogs of all sizes and coat types using appropriate grooming techniques
- Trim, clip, and style fur according to breed standards or customer preferences
- Clean ears, trim nails, and perform other basic grooming procedures to ensure pet health and comfort
- Maintain a clean and sanitary grooming area, including tools and equipment
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding grooming needs and aftercare instructions
- Handle pets gently yet securely during grooming sessions to ensure safety for both animals and staff
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to accommodate client requests
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally
