About the Job: We’re looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented person to join our exterior maintenance team. We specialize in bringing interlocking brick driveways and patios back to life. This is hands-on, outdoor work. If you like seeing the immediate, satisfying results of your labor and don't mind putting in a solid day of physical work, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prep & Cleaning: Running commercial pressure washers to completely remove weeds, dirt, and old jointing sand from interlocking brick.
- Polymeric Sanding: Sweeping and installing polymeric sand, with use of an industrial vibratory plate tamper.
- Sealing: Rolling and applying protective sealers to brick and hardscape surfaces evenly and cleanly.
- Site Management: Loading/unloading equipment, moving materials, and ensuring the customer's property is left pristine.
What We’re Looking For:
- Attention to Detail: Installing high-end sand and sealer means you cannot cut corners; our clients expect high quality work.
- Physical Stamina: You’ll be on your feet, hauling bags of sand, operating heavy machinery, and working outside in the summer heat.
- Reliability: Clients expect us on-time an on a strict schedule
- Experience: Prior experience with landscaping, pressure washing, or interlocking brick is a massive bonus, but we will train a hard worker who catches on quickly.
- Requirements: A valid driver's license and a reliable way to get to job sites.
