We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and during check-in/check-out processes with professional phone etiquette.
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling guest inquiries and reservations with courtesy and accuracy.
- Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues promptly, and offering local information or assistance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all guest areas are welcoming and professional.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating guest records in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and facilities are operational overnight.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while demonstrating professionalism and hospitality standards throughout your shift.
Experience
- Prior experience in front desk operations or hotel reception is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling guest inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key.
