NBMC is a bilingual, non-profit umbrella organization supporting multicultural/ethno-cultural associations and immigrant-serving agencies in New Brunswick.
This role combines employer engagement/workforce integration work with leadership and growth of NBMC's social enterprise model.
Lead outreach and facilitate employer feedback forums; maintain engagement with employers and system actors.
Support national data collection tools and contribute to employer/stakeholder learning resources.
Provide regional insights for analysis and evaluation activities.
Build and execute the long-term plan for NBMC's social enterprise model, including market research and growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain client/partner relationships; identify funding opportunities and support proposals/pitch materials.
Other duties as assigned.
Bilingual (French & English) - required.
5+ years of managerial experience (business development/program management/employer engagement/workforce development / immigrant integration).
Post-secondary education in a related field (Business Admin / Marketing or equivalent).
Ability to travel across NB; valid driver's license required.
Strong stakeholder engagement, planning, and time management skills; comfortable with digital tools and platforms.
