All Seasons Motorsports is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales & Finance Associate to join our growing team. This position combines product sales and finance coordination, guiding customers through the entire purchasing process—from selecting the perfect unit to securing financing and completing paperwork.
Sales & Finance Associate Job Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and other powersports vehicles
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Present and explain financing options, extended warranties, and protection products
- Submit and process credit applications with lending partners
- Structure deals that meet customer needs while supporting dealership interests
- Ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurate and compliant
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and finance programs
- Follow up with leads and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Computer skills - able to use software programs
- Comfortable discussing financial terms and closing deals
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Must be detail oriented
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with other team members to ensure high customer service
- Ability to follow through
- Basic understanding of the financing and processing of paper
- Able to work independently
- Previous sales experience (automotive or powersports preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (class 6 preferred)
