Job Description: Integration Project Management
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of application development projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—developers, data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders—to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-driven features and enhancements into application design and functionality.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, proactively mitigating challenges and communicating solutions.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices in AI integration.
- Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and frameworks to support application development.
- Mentor and train team members on AI concepts and their application in projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) managing software/application development projects.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and neural networks.
- Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired AI Skills and Competencies
- Hands-on experience with AI model development, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven technical solutions.
- Understanding of data management, data analytics, and ethical considerations in AI.
- Experience working with APIs, cloud-based AI services, and integrating AI components into applications.
- Knowledge of AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
