Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, driving business growth through direct customer engagement, effective negotiation, and relationship building. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with relentless energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting with people. You will play a crucial role in our market expansion, leveraging your persuasive skills and resilience to identify opportunities and close deals at the doorstep.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads by going door-to-door in assigned territories, effectively creating your own sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential customers through genuine, face-to-face interactions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments for each homeowner to understand their challenges and align our products/services as the ideal solution.
- Master product knowledge to confidently answer questions, overcome objections, and demonstrate the value of our offerings.
- Utilize a tablet or mobile CRM to track daily activities, manage leads, and process sales in real-time.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead quick and effective negotiations with potential customers to secure sales while upholding company values.
- Collect customer information and feedback to help the company improve its marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, direct sales, or a commission-based role is a major plus.
- Unmatched resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with a mobile CRM or sales app for logging activities is desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build quick rapport and articulate value clearly and concisely.
- A self-motivated and independent work ethic, with the discipline to manage your own territory and daily schedule.
- Analytical mindset to understand neighborhood demographics and adapt your pitch for better results.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and be comfortable walking and standing for extended periods.
Pay: $25,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

- Winnipeg, MB R2W 3T8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
