A high-volume, premier OEM Dealership in Ottawa is seeking an experienced, high-performing Financial Services Manager to join our fast-paced sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- F&I Product Sales: Present and sell extended warranties, protection packages, insurance, and financial products to customers with transparency and professionalism.
- Deal Structuring & Financing: Work closely with major financial institutions to secure competitive loan approvals, structure deals, and finalize lease/finance paperwork.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure full compliance with OMVIC regulations, dealership policies, and lender requirements, ensuring error-free documentation.
- Collaboration: Partner effectively with the Sales Management and Sales Representative teams to maintain a seamless transition from deal-closing to delivery.
- Customer Experience: Maintain a top-tier customer service standard, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and pleasant financing experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of successful F&I / Financial Services Management experience in an automotive dealership setting (OEM dealership experience strongly preferred).
- Licensure: Valid OMVIC license in good standing and a valid driver's license.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of strong turnover rates, high PVR (Per Vehicle Retail), and strong penetration rates in warranties and protection products.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) (e.g., PBS, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK) and financing portals (Dealertrack, RouteOne).
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and time-management skills under pressure.
