We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and illnesses by developing personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs through detailed evaluations of physical condition and mobility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals and medical conditions
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management strategies, and home exercises
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy techniques and medical terminology
Experience
- Prior experience in hospital settings is highly desirable
- Experience working with acute care patients is preferred
- Pediatric experience is a plus for candidates interested in pediatric physiotherapy roles
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality patient care with compassion and professionalism
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice is essential
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams are required
