We are seeking a strategic leader with a passion for technical challenges to lead data and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on the development and integration of AI solutions such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude, as well as the management of complex technology projects.
What you will do:
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, peers, and other stakeholders.

Design and implement innovative solutions tailored to our clients’ business realities.

Lead workstreams within AI adoption and transformation initiatives.

Deliver impactful executive-level presentations.

Design and deploy training programs and strategic content.

Coach and mentor consultants while ensuring the quality of project deliverables.

Manage day-to-day client relationships.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities.

Contribute to business development efforts.
What you bring to this role:
- 3 to 5+ years of consulting experience.

Experience leading and delivering large-scale projects.

Ability to interact with clients and effectively communicate strategic messages.

Degree in a relevant field.

Experience developing and delivering presentations, training programs, and strategic content.

Advanced bilingualism required (English and French).

Nice to have: Anthropic Claude and Microsoft Learn Copilot certifications; ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences; PMP certification or equivalent.
