Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the warehouse distribution process, ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage order fulfillment.
- Conduct shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a distribution environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and shipping & receiving procedures.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
