Duties
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero to ensure accurate financial records
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to verify the integrity of financial data
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and timely payments
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Support payroll processing activities to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting to aid strategic decision-making
- Oversee general office administration including scheduling, correspondence, supply management, and maintaining organized records
Requirements
- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance standards
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform account analysis and reconcile discrepancies effectively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting tools is preferred
- Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication abilities

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
