Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various operational tasks across our facilities. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to develop practical skills and gain valuable industry experience.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
- Support the setup and cleanup of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Perform general manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving supplies or tools
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to promote a safe environment
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
Experience
- Prior experience is not required; however, previous manual labor or construction experience is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety standards and procedures
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly
- Ability to work at heights
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
