We are currently seeking an experienced pizzaiolo to join our team.
Our Italian restaurant, located in St. Henri, specializes in sourdough pizza, natural wine, and seasonal, local ingredients. This role offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to work with naturally leavened dough in a wood-fired oven.
Applicants are required to have a minimum of two years of experience in the restaurant industry

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed during food handling and preparation.
- Assist in meal preparation and plating, ensuring timely service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional service by engaging with customers when necessary.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
