Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for cleanliness. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas according to established standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials as needed
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to prevent accidents or damage
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and professionalism during all interactions
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at job sites
- A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to pass background checks and adhere to safety guidelines
