Compensation
- First Year: CA$75,000 – CA$85,000
- Second Year: CA$85,000 – CA$95,000
- Third Year: CA$100,000+
- 100% commission

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with company-provided and self-generated prospects
- Develop and maintain your own client portfolio
- Participate in conferences and promotional events
- Recommend insurance solutions based on client needs
- Consistently achieve individual sales goals
Qualifications
- Valid LLQP Licence (Required)
- Minimum one year of insurance or sales experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident presenting and closing business
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a performance-based environment
Pay: $85,000.00-$117,547.29 per year
