Overview
We are seeking a reliable and client-focused Case Worker to support individuals through their immigration applications. The role involves guiding clients, preparing documents, and ensuring applications meet IRCC requirements. Prior supervisory experience is an asset for coordinating services and supporting client needs effectively.
Duties
- Assist clients with applications for temporary residence (visitor visas, study permits, work permits, refugee, SOWP, LMIA ) and permanent residence (Express Entry, family sponsorship, PNP).
- Prepare, review, and organize IRCC application forms, supporting documents, and submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Track application progress and monitor submission deadlines.
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on the status of their applications.
- Maintain accurate client files and records in case management systems, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements.
- Support clients in gathering required evidence, including employment letters, financial documents, travel history, police certificates, and biometrics.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Access,
- Start to End (after retainer to ready to submission file)
- The ideal candidate must show they can effectively manage immigration files, prepare forms, and maintain case records. Practical ability is essential.
- Strong communication skills to support diverse clients
- Knowledge of IRCC processes and related resources

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
