Position Overview
We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor. This role involves providing in-centre and/or in-home OT services to children with a variety of developmental needs in Brampton and Mississauga.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and intervention for children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with ABA therapists, SLPs, and families
- Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
- Provide parent coaching and support strategies for home carryover
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload
- Access to a vehicle is an asset (for in-home sessions)
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling
- Evening and/or weekend availability preferred
Pay: $75.00-$100.00 per hour
