Compensation
- Competitive base pay (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Indian and Pakistani dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Operate and manage tandoor cooking for breads and specialty dishes.
- Prepare fresh Naan, Roti, Paratha, and Kulcha.
- Prepare BBQ and grilled meats, vegetables, and other menu items.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Indo-Pakistani Cook is required.
- Strong knowledge of Indian and Pakistani cuisine.
- Experience with:
- Tandoori cooking
- Naan, Roti, Paratha, and Kulcha preparation
- BBQ and grill cooking
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Reliable and available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays on an on-call basis.
