We are seeking an experienced Family Physician to join our team in Oakville. This position offers a unique opportunity to practice medicine on your own terms with a flexible schedule of 3, 4, or 5 days per week, weekdays only (9 AM – 5 PM), with no evenings or weekends. **Overview:**
Are you tired of chaotic walk-in shifts and endless evenings? Ready to practice medicine on your own terms? We are looking for seasoned Family Physicians (minimum 2+ years licensed) who want to step away from the grind of high-volume, unpredictable schedules. This is not a role for new graduates. We need physicians who understand rostered care and want to build a practice without the administrative headaches.
**Responsibilities:**
- Build a dedicated rostered practice with a maximum of 600 patients.
- Provide comprehensive family medicine with 30-minute appointment slots.
- During the roster build (6–12 months), you will be compensated via walk-in/AHA shifts.
- Once your roster is full, enjoy a relaxed, appointment-based practice.
- Use Accuro EMR for clinical documentation.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years licensed as a Family Physician.
- Experienced in locum or rostered practice (new graduates will not be considered).
- Holds valid CMPA malpractice insurance.
- Comfortable with Accuro EMR (asset, but training available for experienced users).
