Job Description:
We are a very busy laser clinic located in Toronto, Brampton, and Scarborough. We are looking for a dynamic individual with superior/professional customer service skills to perform consultations and manage the front desk. In addition to consultations responsibilities include following up with patients, being able to answer client questions regarding laser and skin treatments and provide pre/post treatment support. Experience working for dermatologist, surgeons office or laser clinic preferred.
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Experience Consulting with Clients
Knowledge of Laser Hair Removal & Laser Skin Procedures, PRP, Botox/
At least 1 year of sales experience in similar industry or clinic
Professional/Superior Customer Service Skills
Strong work ethics
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well independently and with a team
Excellent computer skills and experience with scheduling software
Excellent phone manner
Willing to learn
Additional Information: You must be able to work in a fast pace environment. Candidates must be flexible in their availability as we are open days, evenings and weekends.
Salary Expectations: Negotiable

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
