Position Description | Part-Time / Full Time Front Desk: The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for the brokerage’s sales representatives and clients. Candidates for this position may perform all or portions of key responsibility areas listed below.
Hours of Work: Flexible Part-Time Hours: 15 to 30 hours/week with possibility of becoming Full-Time. Must have the availability to work in the evening until 8:15pm and on the Weekend.
Office Hours
- Monday - Friday 8:45am-8:15pm
- Saturday 8:45am-4:15pm
- Sunday 9:45am-2:15pm
Preference will be given to candidates that also have flexibility for other weekday (daytime & evening shifts). Possible future opportunity to increase hours of work.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. Reception Duties: Answer telephones, confirm appointments, greet clients/walk-ins, input messages using BrokerBay Software
2. Broker Loads: Input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents, enter listing information and appointment instructions
3. Offers: Preparation of offers, amendments, waivers and other related documents, as required
4. Supplies: Maintenance of photocopier and supplies, maintenance of office supplies
5. Keys: Responsible for the maintenance of Courtesy keys
6. General Support: Help with duties such as typing, assisting agents with feature sheets, draft letters and other documents, as required
7. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum high school education, with a preference to college level courses/ diploma
- Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in real estate industry
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel), email and internet
- Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Comfortable with technology
