CellResell is looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Part-Time Technical Customer Service Representative & Sales Associate, with the potential to become a permanent full-time position in the future.

Wage & Benefits

Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with phone purchases and general inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service and sales support
- Handling cash/till operations
- Helping customers transfer data from old phones to new phones
- Applying screen protectors and assisting with device setup
- Organizing inventory and inventory management
- Assisting with general store operations
- Basic phone troubleshooting and repair assistance
Qualifications
- Previous sales and customer service experience required
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning about smartphones and electronics
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Phone repair experience is an asset, but not required
- Spanish speaking is considered a strong asset
