Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support the daily human resources and administrative operations of the Branch. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records, office administration, scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Prepare, type, edit, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, forms, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain confidential employee personnel files and human resources records.
Assist with recruitment by posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment documentation.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and training records.
Assist with payroll administration by collecting and verifying employee timesheets and supporting payroll documentation.
Schedule and confirm appointments, interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
Answer telephone calls, emails, and general inquiries and relay messages to appropriate personnel.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and electronic correspondence.
Greet visitors, determine the nature of their business, and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
Prepare spreadsheets, reports, statistics, and other administrative information as requested.
Order office supplies and maintain office inventory.
Arrange travel and accommodation for management when required.
Organize meetings, staff events, and conferences as required.
Assist in developing and maintaining office procedures and administrative systems.
Provide administrative support to management and perform other related duties as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information at all times.
Qualifications
Completion of secondary school is required.
Completion of a college program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is an asset.
Previous experience in an administrative, office, or human resources role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $40,747.68-$42,000.00 per year
