Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Dent and Scratch Repair Technician to provide on-site automotive cosmetic repairs. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive repair, bodywork repair, or car painter, with the ability to efficiently restore vehicle surfaces by removing dents and scratches. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, travelling to client locations to deliver high-quality repair services with minimal disruption to vehicle owners.
Responsibilities
- Perform mobile dent removal and scratch repair on various vehicle makes and models at customer locations
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive repair equipment to restore vehicle surfaces
- Assess damage accurately and recommend appropriate repair techniques
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer satisfaction expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper handling of tools and materials
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding repair process and completion times
- Adhere to safety protocols during all repair procedures, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Must know how to use sanding tools and hand sand
- Must know how to use body filler and what types to use with what surfaces
- Masking and prep work must be adhered to at all times
- Using professional grade spray guns
- Application of primer, base coat, and clear coat evenly and with no runs
- MUST have your own personal vehicle/reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Prior bodyshop experience or automotive paint background preferred
- Strong knowledge of bodywork techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds) as required during repairs or transport of equipment
- Experience in bodywork is a must
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to travel frequently to client locations
- Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, and manual work during repairs
Equipment will be provided for the ideal candidate, pay will be discussed further more. MUST own a reliable form of transportation capable of handling the equipment.

Pay: $21.93-$41.61 per hour
