Lansdowne Community Baptist Church is inviting applications for the position of full-time Mandarin Ministry Associate Pastor to support the Senior Pastor in shepherding our Mandarin congregation.
Basic Qualifications include:
Has a clear calling from the Lord for full-time ministry and is spiritually mature
Has pastoral experience in North American Chinese Evangelical Church(es)
Has a burden and is gifted in the areas of discipleship and leadership training
Obtained a Master of Divinity Degree from an Evangelical Seminary
Mandarin is native language and is capable of conversing fluently in English
